Lubomila Jordanova
Lubomila is the founder and CEO of Plan A, a Berlin-based startup developing an algorithm which predicts where and how climate change will hit the hardest and a software that helps businesses monitor their sustainability and reduce their carbon footprint. Prior to Plan A, she worked in investment banking, venture capital and fintech in Asia and Europe. She is obsessed with wildlife, hiking and skiing. Lemurs have a special place in her heart.

JJ is a Dutch entrepreneur, who for the last 8 years has worked and contributed to the building of some of the most exciting community catalyst organisations, such as Startupbootcamp, Leapfunder, PHX across various European locations. He recently joined Plan A as a Chief Commercial Officer. His special skill is in connecting people. When he was a kid, he was giving presentations about Siberian tigers, raising awareness about the species going extinct.
Hannah Kromminga
Hannah is curious about defining a ‘new normal’. She has built her career in the London tech start-up scene and is now building Giftd, a greentech fashion startup with the mission to create a world without clothing waste in her native Berlin. She believes that the 2020ies are a crossroads for our global society in which we have to find out whether it is possible to bring the ideas of climate activists together with the mainstream to cause profound systematic changes towards sustainable consumption.
Simon Thies
Simon is a globetrotter and a people lover. He is passionate about sustainability, greentech and sports. During his Masters in Social & Environmental Entrepreneurship at Hult University in San Francisco, California, Simon professionalized his strong interest in assessing and solving environmental related problems. His current home base is Berlin from where he is developing new and innovative ideas to save the planet.

After growing her career in Berlin at the intersection of global solar energy and sustainable finance, she’s now embarking on a mission to leverage natural solutions to environmental and social challenges.
