Built by people with a mission.

Greentech Alliance was co-founded by five practitioners who have spent their careers at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and global network-building — across Europe, North America, and beyond.

Meet the Founders

Five co-founders. Five countries. One shared conviction: that the regenerative economy needs a network built on trust, curation, and genuine alignment.

Lubomila Jordanova

Lubomila Jordanova

Co-Founder
Berlin, Germany

Lubomila Jordanova is the CEO of Diginex (NASDAQ: DGNX), a global leader in Sustainability RegTech. She assumed this role following Diginex's acquisition of Plan A, the decarbonization and ESG reporting platform she founded and scaled into a European market leader. Under her direction, the unified group provides a sophisticated, end-to-end technological framework that serves over 1,500 enterprise clients, including BMW, Chloé, Deutsche Bank, Visa, and the European Commission, linking regulatory compliance with high-precision carbon accounting.

A pioneer in the climate tech sector, Lubomila also co-founded the Greentech Alliance, an influential community connecting thousands of startups with a global network of advisors from the VC, media, and policy sectors. Her career, which began in investment banking and venture capital across Europe and Asia, has been defined by the mission to transform complex data into measurable climate impact. She currently lends her strategic vision to several prominent boards, including the European Investment Bank (EIB) Advisory Committee and WEPA.

Her contributions to the green economy have earned her widespread international acclaim, including being named an Obama Europe Leader, MIT Innovator Under 35 Europe, and one of Handelsblatt's Top 50 Women Entrepreneurs in Germany. Charles Newton Price is the CEO and Co-Founder of Greentech Alliance. A serial entrepreneur with more than 17 years of executive leadership experience, he has founded and led multiple technology ventures — including 4abyte Inc. — helping launch over 30 digital platforms. He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and an engineering degree from the University of Calgary.

Raised between Peru, Venezuela, and Canada, Charles brings a deeply international perspective shaped by lived experience across cultures. A contemplative traveler and photographer, he has spent more than 15 years documenting journeys across 70+ countries — an experience that inspired The Far Side of Things: Searching for a Purpose, a travel memoir drawn from his personal diaries and published under the pen name C.B.M.

Beyond Greentech Alliance, Charles supports Guardians of Sacred Lands and has served on the boards of the Elizabeth Fry Foundation and CORE Foundation. His work is guided by a simple question: how do we build technology that serves what matters — stewardship, dignity, and the things that connect us?

Hannah Kromminga

Hannah Kromminga

Co-Founder
Berlin, Germany

Hannah is driven by a curiosity to define a "new normal" in how we live, consume, and exchange value. After building her career in London's tech startup ecosystem, she returned to her native Berlin to co-found GIFTD and explore a new economic paradigm rooted in the principles of the gift economy.

As Co-Founder of GIFTD, Hannah is building an AI-powered platform that automates and scales influencer gifting programs, transforming physical products into measurable social media content, reach, and high-performing user-generated ads. Beyond content creation, GIFTD fosters engaged communities of brand advocates who carry a company's ethos into social platforms, amplifying authentic storytelling to millions.

At the core of her work is the belief that gifting — when done intentionally — can reshape relationships between brands, consumers, and culture. In her TEDx talk on gifting, she explores how the gift economy can move us beyond transactional thinking toward more meaningful, sustainable forms of exchange.

She sees the 2020s as a critical crossroads for global society, a moment to determine whether climate activists' ideas can merge with mainstream behavior to drive profound, systemic change toward sustainable consumption.

Holding a Master’s in Social & Environmental Entrepreneurship from Hult University in San Francisco, he has founded his own investment firm and backed innovative hardware and sensor startups working at the frontier of environmental technology.

Simon’s understanding of sustainability is holistic: planetary health, personal well-being, and strong community are not separate concerns — they are the conditions that allow people to create meaningful change. His work combines entrepreneurial drive with a long-standing commitment to a healthier, more resilient future.

Why we built Greentech Alliance.

The regenerative economy is growing — but it is fragmented. The right ventures can't find the right investors. The right knowledge isn't reaching the right practitioners. The right stories aren't being told.

We built Greentech Alliance because we believed that the missing ingredient was not more content, more conferences, or more platforms. It was a curated, verified community of people who are genuinely aligned — and who trust each other enough to collaborate.

That is what we are building. And we are building it in partnership with the members who join us.

"

The transition to a regenerative economy requires more than good intentions — it requires the right connections, the right knowledge, and the right community.
